TRI•VIA is a university project prototype demonstrating a public-transport-first mobility concept for Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. It is not an official transport operator, ticketing authority or travel agency.

By using this website, you acknowledge that features, routes, content, integrations and availability can change or be removed as the prototype evolves.

Journey options, departure times, travel durations, disruption information and map interactions shown in the prototype may be simulated demonstration data rather than live operator data.

Do not rely on TRI•VIA for time-critical travel decisions. Before travelling, buying or validating a ticket, check the relevant official transport operator or authority for current information.

Ticket Help is designed to explain unfamiliar local ticket systems. It does not replace the rules, fare conditions or instructions of the relevant transport operator.

Any fares or ticket products presented inside the current direct-purchase demonstration are prototype values unless explicitly stated otherwise. The prototype does not issue a valid public transport ticket.

The current checkout integration uses Stripe Sandbox / test mode. Sandbox payments do not represent a completed real-money sale through TRI•VIA.

Prototype product descriptions, prices, stock and fulfilment are demonstration content. No physical product shipment or transport-ticket fulfilment should be expected from a sandbox transaction.

Ask VIA is an AI-assisted travel feature when the AI integration is enabled. Generated answers can contain mistakes, outdated information or incomplete guidance and are not guaranteed to be accurate.

You remain responsible for checking important transport, ticket, safety, accessibility and travel information with official sources before acting on an answer.

Google sign-in is optional and is used to enable account-backed prototype features such as saved journeys. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure.

Do not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its infrastructure, submit malicious content, probe private services, automate abusive requests or use the prototype in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

TRI•VIA uses external services including Vercel, Supabase, Google, Resend, Stripe and, when enabled, AI infrastructure. Their own terms and policies may apply when you interact with those services.

TRI•VIA is not responsible for the availability or independent operation of third-party services.

The TRI•VIA name, interface concept, original text, prototype visuals and project materials are part of the university project unless otherwise indicated. Third-party names, transport operators, maps, photographs, platforms and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

The prototype is intended for educational demonstration and evaluation. Nothing on the site grants a licence to reuse third-party trademarks or protected material outside the permissions already provided by law or the relevant rights holder.

The website is provided on an experimental, as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, live transport accuracy or suitability for a particular journey.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the project team is not responsible for losses caused by relying on simulated prototype information, AI-generated guidance, sandbox checkout behaviour or unavailable third-party services.

These terms may be updated as TRI•VIA develops. The current version is dated 8 September 2026.
